At Glofone, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience built on trust and care. Every order is handled with attention and accuracy, and if an issue arises, our team works quickly and fairly to resolve it.


📝 Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review your order details carefully (size, color, quantity) before completing checkout.

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

  • 🚚 Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • 📩 To request a cancellation, email support@glofone.com with your order number for faster support.


🔄 Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges for size or color.

  • ❗ If you ordered the wrong item, you may cancel within 24 hours and place a new order.

  • 🤝 Not sure which size or style to choose? Our support team is here to help before checkout.


↩️ Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 120 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are final.

✔️ Eligible for Return
  • Damaged or defective items

  • Wrong product received

  • Product differs significantly from its description

❌ Not Eligible
  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items

  • Minor imperfections (loose threads, slight color variations)

  • Missing tags or original packaging

  • Damage caused by improper handling


📬 How to Request a Refund

Email support@glofone.com with:

  • 🧾 Order number

  • 📸 Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

  • 🛒 Proof of purchase

  • 📦 Shipping receipt (if applicable)

⚠️ Do not return any item without approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


💳 Refund Processing
  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is approved.

  • Refunds include the original shipping fee (if applicable).

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider for assistance.
