+ Most orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).

+ Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

📦 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email with full shipping details, including:

You can monitor your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.


⚠️ Risk of Loss & Title

All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning ownership transfers to you once the carrier accepts the package.
When the carrier marks your order as “Delivered”, the shipment is considered successfully completed.


❌ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is missing or delayed:

+ Verify the shipping address entered at checkout.

+ Check with neighbors, reception desks, or household members.

+ Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@glofone.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate the issue and explore possible resolutions.
For packages marked as stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier. While replacements are not guaranteed, our team will assist you wherever possible.


📌 Incorrect Address Policy

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may:

+ Reship the package (additional shipping fees may apply)

+ Request a refund (original shipping fees are non-refundable)

📦 Multiple Shipments

Large or multi-item orders may be shipped in more than one package to speed up delivery.
